These terms apply to Nym.bio pages and payment features. For a private support contact, message @nymbio on X. Never send a private key or recovery phrase.

Your page

You may publish a profile and links that you have the right to share. Do not use Nym.bio for fraud, impersonation, unlawful activity, or misleading payment requests. You are responsible for the content and destinations on your page and for protecting access to your sign-in email.

Supported payments

Only assets and networks shown in the live checkout are supported. During this Mainnet test, Nym.bio supports SOL on Solana Mainnet. A payment request may specify an amount; a tip may let the payer choose one. Before paying, check the asset, network, amount, and destination. Funds sent using another network, address, or unsupported asset may be lost. A payment is marked paid only after Nym.bio verifies the required on-chain receipt. Network or provider delays can affect payment status.

Receiving wallets and withdrawals

Nym.bio creates a separate Solana receiving wallet for each creator and controls its signing key in an isolated backend service. This is a managed wallet: creators cannot independently sign from it or restore it with a seed phrase. A creator may receive supported payments before adding a payout address. To withdraw, the creator provides a private payout address in account settings. The address is checked for format, but Nym.bio cannot prove the creator controls it. The creator is responsible for its accuracy. A payout address requires operator approval before withdrawals are available. Changing the address pauses payouts, and a changed address has a 24-hour waiting period.

Nym.bio may pause a payment or withdrawal for an unresolved balance, destination, security, or reconciliation check. The balance displayed in the app can lag behind the blockchain while transactions are verified. Withdrawals may be limited during this test. A SOL withdrawal may be reduced by the network fee and the reserve required to leave the receiving wallet in a valid state. Nym.bio currently charges no platform fee. If a fee is introduced later, it will be disclosed before it applies.

Finality and problems

Finalized blockchain transfers generally cannot be reversed by Nym.bio. If a payment or withdrawal looks wrong, contact us through the private support channel with the payment link or transaction signature. We will investigate records we control, but cannot guarantee recovery of funds sent to a wrong address or through an unsupported route. Creators are responsible for handling their own sales, refunds, taxes, and disputes with payers.

Availability and changes

We may pause an account or payment feature to investigate misuse, a security issue, provider failure, or a legal requirement. We may update these terms and publish a new effective date. Material changes affecting active users should also be communicated through an appropriate account notice.
