This notice describes how Nym.bio handles information. To make a private privacy request, message @nymbio on X and request a private contact method. Do not post personal information or wallet secrets publicly.

Information we use

Privy provides sign-in, and we receive your email and account identifier. We store the name, bio, image, theme, social addresses, links, and settings you provide. For payments we store your public receiving address, private payout address, payment requests, transaction signatures, amounts, assets, statuses, and payout records. The isolated signer stores encrypted receiving-wallet keys and payout authorization records. We count page views and link clicks. The app uses IP addresses temporarily for rate limiting; our hosting provider may keep request and service logs.

What is public

Your published profile, image, bio, social links, main links, and enabled payment options are visible to visitors. Your saved payout address is not shown on your public profile. Solana addresses and transactions, including a payout destination after a withdrawal, may be visible on the public blockchain. Nym.bio cannot remove blockchain records.

How information is used and shared

We use this information to authenticate accounts, show public pages, provide creator insights, verify payments, display balances and activity, process approved withdrawals, investigate errors, and protect the service. We do not sell personal information. Privy provides authentication, Railway hosts the application and data, and Helius supplies Solana network access. Service providers may process data in other countries. Cross-chain checkout is not active during this Mainnet test.

Retention and security

Account and profile information is kept while your account is active. We retain payment, payout, and security records as needed for reconciliation, disputes, security, and applicable legal obligations. You may request deletion of information held by Nym.bio; some records may need to be retained for those purposes. Public blockchain information persists independently. Receiving-wallet keys are encrypted and kept outside the web process, with restricted access to the signer and its recovery copy.

Your choices

You can edit your profile, links, and payout address in the studio. Contact us privately to request access, correction, export, or deletion of information we hold. We may need to verify the request and cannot erase information copied from a public page by others or recorded on the blockchain.

Updates

We will post a new effective date when this notice changes materially and use an appropriate account notice for changes affecting active users.
